Featured Wedding-Susan Bracker and Ross Bergethon Wedding Savannah, GA January 17, 2009

Susan Bracker and Ross Bergathon had a beautiful traditional ceremony at Temple Mickve Israel followed by an elegant reception at Savannah Station.

Susan chose vibrant red for her bridesmaids to wear. To accent this color in perfect harmony, Susan opted for a warm, rich palette of gold, copper and rust with an accent of claret.

In order to create the warm, inviting aura Susan was looking for, Amy used a variety of flowers. The show stealers, however, were the orchids. Strands of copper dendrobium orchids hung from beautiful copper curly willow, while claret cymbium orchids were submerged in square glass vases, adorned with a floating candle. An abundance of candles on the table and lit hanging lanterns added to the intimate mood of the room.

  1. Gosh, you made the station look gorgeous . . . makes me almost wish I had considered it for our wedding! I love this unconventional color scheme and the way you carried it to effect.
