Toni and Marvin chose passionate and powerful red as their signature color for their wedding. From lining the aisle at the ceremony to adding vivid color to the table tops at the reception, the color of love was everywhere on Toni and Marvin’s special day.
The groomsmen wore bold boutonnieres of red spray roses, adorned with a little greenery and champagne satin ribbon.
The bridemaids carried simple but daring bouquets of red standard, garden and spray roses.
In order to stand apart from the rest of the wedding party, the bride and groom chose white flowers for themselves. The groom’s boutonniere is a cluster of white spray roses with greenery and white satin ribbon. The bride carried a lavish bouquet of white standard, garden and spray roses accented with white hydrangea, stock and sprigs of crystals.
The lovely, but conventional, ballroom at the Westin was brought to life by adding a swath of firey red rose petals down either side of the aisle. The ceremony site was flanked by two classically elegant arrangements of red roses and dahlias and golden curly willow in ceramic urns perched on pillars.
Low centerpieces of burgundy dahlias, red roses and red hypericum berries are a modest accompaniment to the dramatic tall centerpieces at Toni and Marvin’s reception.
The show stoppers of the wedding were the tall centerpieces at the reception. Luscious arrangements of red garden roses and deep red standard roses were placed atop trumpet vases filled with gold curly willow. Adding breathtaking height to the centerpiece were branches of gold curly willow. Mercury glass votive candle holders and strands of sparkling crystals suspended from the curly willow added to the drama of the arrangement.
In contrast to the bright red of the tables, Toni and Marvin’s wedding cake was decorated with soft white roses and delicate stephanotis.
